What we collect and why

Confidentiality

‍The content of your coaching is kept confidential to you — including where an employer is paying for your programme; we only confirm participation and billing details to them, never what's discussed. Mediation and coaching are kept entirely separate: information from one is never shared with the other.

‍Who we share it with

‍Only where necessary: associate coaches/mediators delivering your service, and our website/payment providers (Squarespace and our payment processor) who process data on our behalf. We don't sell your information.

Where it's stored

‍Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which may store data outside the UK. Where this happens, standard legal safeguards (approved by the UK/EU) are in place to protect it.

‍How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and coaching/mediation records for as long as needed to provide the service, plus a short period afterwards for professional and legal record-keeping — no longer than necessary. Financial records are kept for 7 years. ‍

Your rights

‍You can ask us to: show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send you a copy. You can withdraw consent at any time. To do any of this, email hello@thetransitionstudio.co.uk. ‍
